WHAT IS FLOW MOVEMENT?
Flow Movement is a practice from Sasha Adam that provides a way to discover knowledge about yourself through your own body.
The main concept is paying attention to your body's impulses and moving according to them.
The goal of the practice is to make a deep contact with your emotions and release them through the body. And most importantly, to get inspiration from yourself.
Flow Movement contains several techniques that, together, give a deep psycho-emotional reset:
* Meditation
* Improvisational movement
* A technique of dynamic meditation
* Deep relaxation meditation
A music mix was created for Flow Movement with tracks from 15 musicians.
The practice lasts 1.5 hours and is done with your eyes closed.
